One hundred percent(100%) of every donation made to ARF directly funds water projects in African countries, (we are presently working in Tanzania). Our administrative costs are mostly done by volunteers and finance by our well wishers. We pay for  every expense separately, therefore every penny of your money reaches those in need.

We fund direct costs associated with the construction and maintenance of the well, Such as materials and fuel for the drill rig. We work on joint venture with the local Government authorities who trained community members how to maintain their new water source. We strongly believe in community training programs, as they improve the effectiveness and maintenance of the wells. We teach the importance of keeping water buckets clean and teach communities to maintain hygiene, these factors in improving health and reducing disease.

We work intensively in Mkuranga District in Coast Region of Tanzania, as it is one of the poorest District.  Water is very scarce but a fertile land that can produce enough to raise the standard of living of communities.
